Hales is delighted to announce the inclusion of Virginia Jaramillo in You Select: A Community-Curated Exhibition at the Clyfford Still Museum through 12 February 2023.
The Clyfford Still Museum asked the community to select works in five different categories for the exhibition through a voting platform on the Museum's website. The categories represent five themes in Still's work that represent moments when the artist's environs were particularly influential. Designed to foster far-reaching engagement with the collection and encourage visitors to reflect upon their own varied systems of support, exhibition gallery text and interpretive content will incorporate participants' thoughts and draw attention to the affinities between Still's communal ties and our own.
